Questions
- Can I cancel Tracefour Pro at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like. Pro features stop at the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no fee for leaving.
- What happens to my follows and alerts if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Follows above the free cap stay on your account; you cannot add new ones until you are under the cap again. Extra delivery channels stop and additional screens pause. Email alerts keep working, because they are free.
- Does Pro include trading signals or recommendations?
- No. Tracefour shows what was filed, as filed, with a link to the source document. Pro adds ways to follow more of it and to receive it where you want; it does not tell you what to do with it. Tracefour is not an investment adviser.
- Is the data real-time?
- It is as fresh as the source. SEC Form 4 filings are ingested hourly from EDGAR. STOCK Act disclosures are due within 45 days of a trade and are often filed later; every congressional row shows the gap between the trade and its disclosure so the lag is never hidden.
