Two things make these filings different from SEC Form 4 data. First, amounts are disclosed as ranges, never exact figures: a row reads "$100,001 to $250,000", so any portfolio total built from them (including the one above) is a sum of bracket bounds, not a precise value. Second, the filings themselves state the accounts are trustee-managed, which means a disclosed trade is not necessarily a personal, hand-picked decision by the filer.
What the data can't show: exact dollar amounts, holdings that were never transacted, intent, or timing beyond the filing dates. What it can show, and what this page sticks to, is the disclosed record: every transaction, its bracket, its date, and a link back to the source filing.
